Refunds and Returns

 

Due to the fact that all fine art photography prints are custom printed to order as per the size requested by the customer, we can not accept any returns on correctly supplied orders.

However, if your prints are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered in any way due to errors on our part, our printing process, or the courier service we use, we will gladly resupply the item/s to you free of any charge. 

To report a defect or print damage please email info@brandonjfisher.com and include a description as well as photos of the defect/damage as soon as the items are received (within 24 hours) 

 

 

Damage by Customer

 

Life happens! items break and furniture gets damaged, especially when moving home. So, should your fine art print get damaged in any way in the future, we will reprint the item for you at 50% of the current retail price. You will need to provide proof of purchase as well as photographic proof of the damage.
